Hello Heart in the United States seeks a Senior Director of Product Growth to define activation across the portfolio and drive engagement from enrollment to lasting use. You will own metrics, identify where members drop off, and translate insights into experiments and forecasts for product leaders.
You’ll lead a growth pod, pair with design and engineering, and ensure in‑product moments work as one member journey with trusted metrics. Experience with healthcare digital products is a plus.
Hello Heart is on a mission to make heart attacks a thing of the past.
We’re an AI company focused exclusively on heart health, building a platform that predicts and prevents cardiac events before they happen—identifying risk up to 10 days in advance versus 10 years in traditional clinical models.
This is already working at scale. Hello Heart has been shown to reduce inpatient hospital days by 47% and deliver ~$1,800 in annual savings per member.Hello Heart is the cardiac prevention partner to over 80% of large U.S. health plans and serves hundreds of public and private employers.
We’re defining how the #1 cause of death—heart disease—is managed in the AI era. Join us.
Our products already work at scale. The next wave of growth comes from helping every enrolled member reach lasting use across every product. That's the job.
You’ll guide the path from enrollment to lasting habit. As Senior Director of Product Growth, you’ll define what “activated” means across our portfolio, from our core heart health app to medication adherence with a connected pillbox and new care models for Medicare members. You’ll own the metrics that track members from enrollment to repeated use. You’ll find exactly where and why members drop off, and turn that into recommendations, forecasts, and experiments that product leaders act on.
This isn’t an acquisition or performance marketing role, and it isn’t a second product owner role. Members reach us through their employers and health plans, and product leaders own their roadmaps and enrollment with GTM. You’ll guide growth across the portfolio and own in‑product activation and engagement, setting the bar for how we measure and experiment.
Activation here isn’t a vanity metric. A member who takes a second reading, sets up their pillbox, or returns to their AI coach is a member we can help.
