Job summary

Circle is seeking a Senior Director of Product Finance to partner with the Product organization and shape how we evaluate, prioritize, and invest in new product lines. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of finance and product and reports to the SVP of Strategic Finance, collaborating with CFO, CPO, and FP&A heads.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Embedded finance partner with influence at C-suite level.
• Experience building financial models and business cases for new product launches.
• Background in digital assets, payments, fintech or tech preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations.
• Roll-up-your-sleeves mindset to build models and present to CFO/CPO.

Responsibilities

• Embed as strategic finance partner to product leadership and CPO.
• Own financial evaluation of new product lines from concept to post-launch.
• Build business cases, unit-economics models, pricing frameworks, revenue projections.
• Support annual planning, forecasting, and long-range modeling for product.
• Drive scenario analysis, market sizing, and capital allocation discussions.
• Create financial narratives and dashboards for new product lines.
• Lead variance analysis and develop repeatable product finance processes.
