Job summary

Circle is seeking a Senior Director of Product Finance to serve as the strategic finance partner to our Product organization. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of finance and product, shaping how Circle evaluates, prioritizes, and invests in new product lines as we scale.

Reporting to the SVP of Strategic Finance and collaborating with the CFO, Chief Product Officer, and FP&A, you will develop business cases, build financial frameworks, and provide analytical horsepower to guide

Qualifications

• 13+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking or consulting.
• Embedded finance partner with C-suite influence on roadmaps.
• Experience building financial models and business cases for new product launches; unit economics and revenue modeling.
• Background in digital assets, payments, fintech or tech preferred.
• Strong communication with executives and ability to present complex analysis clearly.
• Hands-on model-building mindset and ability to work with CFO/CPO.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the embedded strategic finance partner to the Chief Product Officer and product leadership.
• Own the financial evaluation of new product lines and launches from concept through post-launch.
• Build business cases, unit-economics models, pricing frameworks, and revenue projections.
• Support financial planning for the Product organization including plan, forecast, and long-range modeling.
• Drive scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and market sizing for capital allocation.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to inform investment theses.
• Prepare financial narratives and executive reporting for leadership.
• Develop dashboards and repeatable processes to scale product finance.
