Job summary

Circle is seeking a Senior Director of Product Finance to partner with the Product organization, reporting to the SVP of Strategic Finance. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of finance and product to shape how Circle evaluates, prioritizes, and invests in new product lines as we scale.

You will develop financial frameworks, build business cases, and provide analytical horsepower to product leaders to optimize investments, pricing, and long-range planning in a fast-paced, globally

Qualifications

• 13+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Demonstrated embedded finance partner with influence at the C-suite level.
• Experience building financial models and business cases for new product launches.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the embedded strategic finance partner to the Chief Product Officer and product leadership.
• Own the financial evaluation of new product lines and launches from concept through post-launch.
• Support financial planning for the Product organization, including annual plan and quarterly forecasting.
• Drive scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and market sizing to inform capital allocation.
• Prepare and present compelling financial narratives for leadership.
• Develop dashboards and executive reporting for new product lines.
