ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Director of Product Creative Direction to define and evolve the visual expression of our product portfolio. This leadership role will set a distinctive visual direction and translate it into a scalable system across cross-functional teams, including Design Systems, Product Management, and Engineering, while advancing accessible AI-enabled design practices.

Qualificações

12+ years in product/visual design or related field with leadership in shipping complex digital products.
Portfolio showing visual craft and leadership across shipped product experiences.
Experience defining or evolving visual language across a complex software portfolio.
Deep understanding of design systems, tokens, components, and governance.
Experience adopting AI-enabled creative tools and scalable workflows.

Responsabilidades

Define and champion a differentiated visual direction for the product portfolio.
Establish a clear point of view across typography, color, composition, iconography, illustration, motion, and data visualization.
