Job summary

Barnes-Jewish Hospital in Missouri seeks a Procedural Services Director to oversee clinical, operational, financial and HR management across cost centers in Procedural Services. The role collaborates with Gastroenterology, Interventional Pulmonology, Pain Management, and Cardiac Diagnostic departments for the East Region and serves as liaison for WashU and BJC Med Group physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of nursing clinical practice within procedural service locations across BJH.
• Maintain regulatory readiness of procedural service locations across BJH.
• Collaborate with physicians, service line members and administrative staff to plan, assess and revise goals, objectives and strategies related to business development.
• Leverage financial performance information, market share, utilization of resources and physician practice patterns to implement solutions to positively impact results.
• Ensure system readiness for service growth, contractual commitments, and leadership transition.
