Job summary

Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO, invites applications for Procedural Services Director. You will oversee clinical, operational, financial and HR management across assigned cost centers and collaborate with Gastroenterology, Interventional Pulmonology, Pain Management and Cardiac Diagnostic departments for the East Region.

You will also serve as liaison for WashU and BJC Med Group physicians. The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory readiness, and strategic planning to optimize service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• RN license required.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience.
• 2–5 years of nursing leadership or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of nursing clinical practice within procedural service locations across BJH.
• Maintain regulatory readiness of procedural service locations across BJH.
• Collaborate with physicians, service line members and administrative staff to plan, assess and revise goals, objectives and strategies related to business development.
• Leverage financial performance information, market share, utilization of resources and physician practice patterns to implement solutions to positively impact results.
• Ensure system readiness for service growth, contractual commitments, and leadership transition.
