Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and PhD preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Pharma R&D business processes and portfolio prioritization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact recommendations on project value, trade-offs, and scenarios to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities where valuation and economic analysis improve asset strategy decisions.
• Build value metrics (raNPV, PI) and conduct scenario analyses for drug development decisions.
