Job summary

AbbVie seeks an Associate Director, Portfolio Insights - Neuroscience TA to lead analytics, defend recommendations, and coordinate inputs across functions for portfolio decisions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and PhD preferred.
• 7–10 years of Pharma R&D, value chain and commercial process experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact analytics for Therapeutic Areas and senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities where valuation and economic analysis improve asset strategy.
• Build value metrics and scenario analyses for drug development decisions.
• Coach team members on valuations and best practices for data-driven decisions.
• Assess PTRS and provide input for TA-level project prioritization.
• Collaborate with Finance, PPM and other stakeholders to align inputs.
