Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a Senior Director of Segment Marketing - Platform & Strategic to own the platform narrative and drive marketing strategy for strategic audiences. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this leader will champion the integrated platform story and ensure consistency across campaigns, events, analyst relations, and sales enablement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B software marketing.
• 5+ years in senior product marketing or GTM leadership.
• Experience marketing multi-product platforms or integrated suites.
• Experience marketing to IT buyers and enterprise buying decisions.
• Executive presence and exceptional communication skills.
• Strong analytical foundations grounded in market evidence.

Responsibilities

• Define and sharpen Kaseya's master platform narrative across the portfolio.
• Develop ROI narratives and customer evidence for the platform.
• Own marketing strategy for strategic and enterprise accounts, incl. ABM.
• Support strategic deals as marketing's senior voice with executive content.
• Lead platform-level competitive intelligence and messaging across competitors.
• Monitor market dynamics and translate into positioning for the CMO.
• Represent the platform story at flagship events and analyst briefings.
• Incorporate insights back into product, pricing, and packaging decisions.
• Build and mentor a small team and influence cross-functional teams.
