Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Senior Director of Product Marketing, Platform, to own how the platform and its AI capabilities are positioned and messaged across the business. You’ll lead corporate messaging, AI positioning, platform capabilities, and technical product marketing, collaborating with Product Management and AI/ML leadership to translate a fast-moving roadmap into a compelling narrative.

Qualifications

12+ years in product marketing, including 5+ years leading high-performing teams.
Proven expertise in enterprise B2B SaaS platform strategy, positioning, and messaging.
Ability to translate complex AI/platform architecture into credible value propositions.

Responsibilities

Define platform narrative and bold positioning for Workiva’s platform and AI capabilities.
Lead a team spanning corporate messaging, AI positioning, platform capabilities, and technical product marketing.
Partner with Product Management and AI/ML leadership to bring platform innovations to market.
Develop live demos, walkthroughs, and content for events, sales, and the website.
Guide internal and external storytelling and ensure consistency across GTM campaigns.
