Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a senior Product Marketing leader to own platform and AI storytelling for finance, risk, and sustainability. You will guide campaigns, content, events, and executive storytelling while partnering with governance, product, and sales teams to ensure a credible, differentiated platform narrative.

You will lead a high-impact marketing function, translate complex AI concepts into practical use cases, and shape go-to-market momentum with compelling demos and customer insights.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product marketing, including 5+ years leading high-performing teams.
• Ability to translate complex, technical AI and platform architecture into compelling value.
• Undergraduate degree required.
• Exceptional communicator with ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional leaders.
• Strong partnership skills across product management, marketing, and sales leadership.
• Proven expertise in enterprise B2B SaaS platform strategy, positioning, and messaging.
• Demonstrated success driving sales enablement and revenue impact.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Reliable internet access for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Craft bold, differentiated positioning for Workiva’s platform and AI capabilities for finance, risk, and sustainability.
• Partner with portfolio and solutions marketing to align platform story with Workiva narrative.
• Serve as a thought leader guiding messaging across campaigns, content, events, and executive storytelling.
• Ensure platform capabilities are represented consistently across all go-to-market content.
• Own positioning of AI capabilities to be credible and differentiated.
• Collaborate with Product Management and AI/ML leadership to bring platform innovations to market.
• Develop high-impact demo content for events, sales, and website.
• Coordinate with video, web, and events teams to showcase platform capabilities in key assets.
• Align with product org on launch processes and market readiness.
• Plan how to bring innovations to market across marketing and enablement.
• Oversee execution of market launches and capture customer and competitive insights for strategy.
• Anticipate AI-driven market shifts and position Workiva’s platform to lead.
• Build and inspire a world-class product marketing team.
• Recruit and develop top-tier talent and foster a culture of growth and accountability.
