Job summary

baptisthlth is seeking an experienced healthcare leader to drive Rev Cycle initiatives across a multi-hospital/physician system. The role emphasizes development of patient access standards and enterprise-wide capabilities, requiring strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s Degree in Healthcare or 8+ years of relevant experience, with certification preferences and bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish/Creole.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Healthcare preferred with a min of 6 yrs.
• Experience in healthcare, preferably in Rev Cycle Mgmt, including a min of 5 yrs.
• Leadership experience in a multi-hospital/physician system required.
• In lieu of Master’s Degree, a min of 8 yrs.
• Experience in healthcare, preferably in Rev Cycle Mgmt.
• Leadership experience in a multi-hospital/physician system required.
• Certification preferred: NAHAM, AHIMA or HFMA.
• Creative foresight essential to plan for healthcare industry trends.
• Strong leadership, analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
• Able to work & collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Assists with development of system-wide standards for Patient Access functions.
• Experience with supporting/implementing large scale enterprise-wide system initiatives.
• Fosters & exemplifies high ethical standards & strategic practices.
• Articulates knowledge of organizational policies/procedures/systems.
• Bilingual English, Spanish/Creole.
