• Leads end-to-end transition planning for physician practice acquisitions, employments, consolidations, and restructures.
• Develops and manages detailed transition plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinates integration across departments and shared services teams.
• Ensures alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational strategy.
• Prepares executive status updates and dashboards.
