Job summary

RBW Consulting is seeking a senior pharmacometric leader to influence development strategy rather than simply deliver modelling outputs. You will shape model-informed drug development across a diverse portfolio, working directly with sponsors and multidisciplinary teams to guide critical decisions.

This role blends hands-on PK/PD modelling with high‑level scientific leadership, mentoring pharmacometricians, advising on study design and regulatory strategy, and developing long‑term client

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in pharmacometrics, clinical pharmacology, modelling and simulation within biotech, pharma, or consulting environments.
• Strong background in population PK/PD modelling and model-informed drug development.
• Experience supporting regulatory submissions and health authority interactions.
• Advanced proficiency with tools such as NONMEM, R, and related pharmacometric software.
• Proven ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentoring scientists or leading project teams.
• Commercial awareness and confidence working directly with external clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead population PK/PD and exposure–response modelling across multiple development programmes.
• Provide strategic clinical pharmacology and modelling expertise to support key development decisions.
• Advise clients on study design, dose selection, and development strategy.
• Mentor and develop pharmacometricians within project teams.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions and interactions with health authorities.
• Oversee project delivery with high scientific standards.
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to business growth.
• Drive innovation in modelling, simulation, and data-driven decision making.
