You will combine scientific leadership with strategic consulting, applying PK/PD, pharmacometrics, and model-informed approaches to dose selection, study design, and regulatory planning.

Qualifications

• Extensive translational sciences and pharmacometrics experience.
• Experience guiding dose selection and study design.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in consultancy or pharma environments.
• Ability to lead scientific projects and mentor teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead translational PK/PD modelling across preclinical to clinical development.
• Apply MIDD principles to support candidate selection and trial design.
• Develop PK/PKPD, exposure-response, and mechanistic models.
• Advise clients on dose selection and trial design.
• Provide scientific leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
• Support regulatory interactions and submissions.
• Mentor scientists and foster innovation.
• Drive client relationships and business development.
