Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a senior Pharmacometrician to conceive, execute, and communicate multi-disciplinary PK/PD modeling and simulations to support development plans and regulatory requirements across functions.

You will generate new modeling proposals, lead efforts, and critically evaluate technical aspects with Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics leadership while collaborating on multiple projects and external interactions.

Qualifications

• PhD with typically 3+ years of experience in a relevant field
• Master's Degree or equivalent education and typically 9+ years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and typically 13+ years of experience

Responsibilities

• Execute strategy and lead data analyses and interpretation with MoA and disease specifics
• Assist senior management in selecting action plans for drug development
• Author regulatory PK/PD analysis plans, study reports, exposure-response analyses and regulatory documents
• Represent Pharmacometrics in clinical projects and present to leadership
• Collaborate to develop a unified Clinical Pharmacology position
• Publish scientific work and present at conferences
• Participate in internal and external initiatives and working groups
