Job summary

AccentCare seeks a Director of Personal Care Services to lead all branch operations in Austin, overseeing service quality, client satisfaction, budgeting, and staff development. The role drives business development, maintains referral relationships, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.

The position offers a full-time schedule, on-site work, and a bonus opportunity based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of branch or department supervisory experience required.
• One or more years of Business Development experience preferred.
• Home Care or Staffing Experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all branch operations to achieve service, quality, and financial goals.
• Oversee branch performance, including budgeting, revenue growth, expense management, payroll, billing, and financial reporting.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and lead office and caregiving staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, compliance, risk management, and HR activities.
• Maintain high standards of care and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and facilitate branch performance and compliance meetings.
• Support business development efforts and partner with sales teams to grow referral relationships.
• Develop and implement programs that meet client and referral partner needs.
• Foster a positive team culture and drive engagement and accountability.
