About The Role
Zeta Global is seeking astrategic, business-driven, and growth-focusedSenior Director, People Partner to join our global People & Culture team. Reporting to the VP, US People Partners, this leader will play acritical role in shaping our people strategy, partnering with senior leaders to driveorganizational growth, leadership development, culture transformation, and employee engagement.
As a key thought partner to ourtwo of our Revenue Business Unit along with Product & Engineering organizations, this individual will act as atrusted coach, helping leaders scale high-performing teams, enhance leadership capabilities, and foster aculture of innovation, inclusion, and excellence.
This role requires aforward-thinking, data-driven People leaderwith deep expertise inorganizational design, talent management, employee relations, leadership coaching, and change management. The ideal candidate will be passionate aboutbuilding a high-growth, high-impact workforceand drivingcross-functional collaborationto executePeople programs that accelerate business success.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership & Executive Coaching
- Serve as a strategic advisor and coachto senior leaders, helping them scale their teams, enhance leadership effectiveness, and drive high performance.
- Partner with executives to shapeorganizational design and workforce planningstrategies that support business objectives and long-term growth.
- Drivechange management strategies, equipping leaders with the tools tolead through transformationand navigate organizational shifts effectively.
Talent Strategy & Leadership Development
- Own and drive talent management strategies, includingsuccession planning, leadership development, and high-potential employee programs.
- Develop and implement initiatives that enhanceleadership capabilities, managerial effectiveness, and career development pathways.
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to designscalable leadership and professional development programsthat foster internal mobility and skill-building.
Culture Transformation & Employee Experience
- Leadculture-building initiativesthat reinforceZeta’s values of belonging, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring a workplace where employees thrive.
- Champion culture efforts through embedding inclusive practices into hiring, promotions, and leadership development.
- Utilizeemployee engagement data and people analyticsto craft impactful programs that driveretention, motivation, and business outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & HR Strategy Execution
- Collaborate withTalent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Development, and People Operationsto ensure seamless execution of People programs across the organization.
- Partner withLegal and Compliance teamsto proactively manageemployee relations, risk mitigation, and employment law compliancein multiple geographies.
- Serve as achange agent, aligning People strategies with business growth initiatives to drive innovation and efficiency.
Operational Excellence & HR Best Practices
- EnsureHR policies, processes, and programsalign with industry best practices andsupport the scalability of a high-growth organization.
- Leadpeople analytics effortsto provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and workforce planning.
- Own and optimizecompensation planning, total rewards strategies, and performance management frameworksin alignment with business goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ yearsof progressive HR experience, with at least5+ years as a strategic HR business partnersupporting executive leaders in ahigh-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience inexecutive coaching, leadership development, and influencing senior leadersto drive business outcomes.
- Strong background inorganizational design, change management, and talent strategyto enable business transformation and scale.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, balancing long-term vision with hands-on leadership.
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveragingpeople analyticsto influence decisions and improve employee experience.
- Deep expertise inemployee relations, performance management, compensation planning, and workforce planning.
- Strong stakeholder management andcross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively acrossHR Centers of Excellenceand business units.
- Passion forculture transformation, engagement with a track record of implementing programs that fosterbelonging and inclusion.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field required, Master’s degree a plus.
Additional Details
- Location: NY tristate
- Travel:Must be willing to travel up to30%.
Compensation Range
The compensation range for this role is $170,000 – $180,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills and experience.
