Job Title:
Sr. Vice President, People & Capability, HR Products and AI
Overview:

As part of the Global People Operations & Insights team, Mastercard is seeking a leader to enable and implement the end-to-end P&C Technology Products, Transformation, and AI strategy for the company. This role involves working closely with HR Leadership, COEs, GBSC, TECH, the Chief Data and AI Office, and business units to gather insights and improve moments that matter for employees.

The ideal candidate is passionate about scaling technology products and transformation approaches in people practices. They thrive in complex environments, are inclusive, empathetic, and committed to data-driven decisions that enhance employee experience. They understand how to define strategy and design solutions that deliver impact at scale through elegant technology, leveraging their expertise in end-to-end people processes to drive productivity, elevate employee experience, and increase performance.

Role:
  1. Own the implementation of Mastercard's P&C Products, Transformation, and AI vision, developing strategies, roadmaps, and driving execution.
  2. Define, implement, and scale product strategies across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a connected experience across P&C and adjacent spaces.
  3. Partner with Experience Owners and enable them to understand and utilize the right tools and capabilities.
  4. Establish a feedback system with employees and stakeholders to ensure transparency and operational excellence in technology lifecycle management.
  5. Lead the team and manage relationships with the engineering organization to ensure timely and quality technology implementation.
  6. Manage the vendor license budget for all P&C tools.
  7. Lead P&C business transformation initiatives.
  8. Define and embed the P&C AI Strategy across all people processes, ensuring governance and collaboration with relevant offices and partners.

  • Skill in balancing stakeholder needs while maintaining program vision and goals.
  • Proven track record in product management, influencing, project management, and problem-solving.
  • Experience with design thinking methods.
