Job Title: Senior Director, Global People Partners

Cision is seeking a Senior Director, Global People Partners to join our evolving People team! This strategic and global role will support the Senior Leadership Team at Cision and PR Newswire. The successful candidate will lead a team of People Partners to foster successful partnerships across the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with executive and senior leaders to understand business needs, develop strategies, and implement solutions.
2. Develop global workforce strategies aligned with long-term business plans.
3. Lead as the primary partner for clients including the Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership on all aspects of people and culture, engaging global contacts within the People function.
4. Support high-impact people strategies to enhance business effectiveness across functions.
5. Drive cost-effectiveness and achieve synergy savings targets.
6. Promote accountability and a performance-driven culture.
7. Act as a change agent during organizational change and transformation.
8. Collaborate globally with other People functions.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 10+ years of progressively responsible HRBP roles, preferably in global, technical organizations supporting executives and senior leaders.
2. Experience leading and developing high-performing People Partners (HRBPs).
3. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in global technology or SaaS companies, with regions outside the Americas, including EMEA and APAC, understanding cultural and legal differences.
2. Experience leading organizational transformations and mergers/acquisitions.
3. Strong ability to influence decision-makers and communicate effectively at all levels.
4. Excellent presentation and persuasive communication skills.
5. Creative problem-solving and organizational diagnosis skills.
6. Results-oriented with a focus on building trusted relationships.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and operate with confidence and calmness.
8. Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
9. Highly organized with attention to detail.
