Job summary

Nevada Donor Network, Inc. seeks Senior Director of People, Culture + Development to lead all human resources activities, align HR with the organization’s mission, and guide strategic planning across talent, compensation, benefits, DEI and compliance.

You will sit on the Senior Leadership Team, oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, HRIS reporting, policy development, training, OSHA and CMS-related requirements, and work with leadership to build a proactive, compliant, and engaged

Qualifications

• Education in HR or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Five to ten years managerial HR experience in non-profit/healthcare settings is preferred.
• Experience with benefits, compensation, and employee relations; knowledge of employment law.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains compensation plans competitive with the market.
• Designs and manages employee benefits programs and open enrollment processes.
• Leads Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives across the organization.
• Oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
• Ensures compliance with EEOC, ADA, FMLA, OSHA, WC, and CMS/AOPO/UNOS standards.
• Drives HRIS reporting, training programs and organizational development.
