A leading in-home care company in California is seeking a Senior Director of Payor Relations to develop strategic partnerships with funding sources. This field-based role requires excellent influencing and negotiation skills to expand market access and secure favorable contract terms. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in payor relations and deep knowledge of Medi-Cal and CalAIM programs. The competitive package includes a salary of $160K–$200K plus bonuses and commission opportunities.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in payor relations, managed care contracting, Medicaid/Medicare strategy, or government healthcare programs.
Deep knowledge of California Medi-Cal and CalAIM programs required.
Proven track record in contract negotiation and payor relationship management.
Responsibilities
Lead and grow strategic relationships with payors to position the organization as a trusted partner.
Negotiate contracts and terms with payors that align with organizational strategy.
