Qualifications

• 10+ years in product strategy, innovation, or healthcare leadership.
• Experience with payor-focused products or healthcare solutions.
• Proven ability to lead concepts from ideation to launch.
• Experience coordinating across strategy, product development, partnerships, data/tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new product concepts from ideation through launch for payor-focused solutions.
• Identify unmet needs and opportunities aligned to priorities.
• Shape and refine concepts into well-defined opportunities with launch paths.
