Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Product Innovation to own the full lifecycle of payor-focused product concepts, from ideation to launch. This individual contributor role partners with Enterprise and Aetna strategy, product development, partnerships, and DDAT to translate ideas into market-ready solutions.

The role oversees innovation from concept through launch and handoffs after market introduction.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in product strategy, product innovation, or related leadership roles.
Strong experience in payor-focused products, healthcare solutions, or related market segments.
Proven ability to lead new concepts from ideation through launch.
Experience working across strategy, product development, partnerships, data/technology, and shared service teams.
Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate unmet needs into viable concepts.
Executive communication and presentation skills for framing early opportunities.
Ability to influence without direct ownership across multiple teams.
Strong prioritization, organizational and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead development of new product concepts from ideation through launch for payor-focused solutions.
Identify unmet needs, strategic opportunities, and concept areas aligned to priorities.
Shape and refine product concepts with clear value propositions and launch pathways.
Partner with strategy teams to align priorities to market opportunities.
Work with product development teams on evaluation, planning, readiness, and launch execution.
Collaborate with partnerships, DDAT, and shared service teams based on concept type.
