Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant healthcare field.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in clinical risk management, patient safety, accreditation, quality, regulatory compliance, or healthcare operations.
• Certification in CPHRM, CPPS, or CPHQ (or two of them within two years of hire).
• Experience leading accreditation readiness and regulatory surveys (Joint Commission, CMS, state agencies).
• Strong executive communication, relationship-building, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide patient safety, clinical risk management, and harm reduction initiatives.
• Oversee RCA, FMEA, accreditation readiness, and survey response activities.
• Drive High Reliability Organization (HRO) and Just Culture principles with clinical and operational leaders.
• Analyze safety and risk trends; develop executive dashboards to improve outcomes.
• Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and state agencies.
