Qualifications

• Five years of experience in risk management and regulatory in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Regulatory requirements knowledge: Title 22, CMS Conditions of Participation, accrediting bodies such as The Joint Commission, CA Department of Public Health, CAP, and Federal Sentencing Guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for risk management and regulatory readiness compliance.
• Develop, implement, and sustain systems that reduce risk and promote safety and transparency.
• Lead event investigation, claims coordination, and regulatory survey readiness; collaborate with clinical leaders, management, providers, legal counsel, and regulators.
