Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience in patient registration in a comparable institution.
• CHAM Certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of governmental regulations and other reimbursement criteria required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions and registration processes for the North Campus and associated sites.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Monitor, track, and evaluate staff productivity and performance.
