Job summary

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Patient Access Specialist in Oklahoma City to join their Patient Registration Team. This role involves working Mon - Fri from 3pm to 11pm, providing exceptional care while managing patient access activities and serving as a liaison between patients, providers, and payers.

The successful candidate will have at least one year of related experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of patient access operations. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including front loaded PTO and paid family leave.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Patient Access operations activities or related experience.
• Previous experience in scheduling, registration, insurance, or billing.
• College coursework in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriateness of patient access transactions.
• Perform financial counseling including verifying patient information.
• Document all patient account activities accurately.
