Qualifications

• 5+ years in supervisory/management role.
• 5+ years Acute Care Facility Patient Access leadership in a multi-site environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight of patient access and revenue cycle operations to drive performance.
• Drives quality, process improvement, and revenue cycle performance through data-driven initiatives.
• Leads Facility Directors and regional operations to achieve productivity, compliance, and performance goals.
• Builds solid client partnerships and fosters employee engagement to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
• Provides executive reporting, leadership guidance, and Patient Registration expertise to support organizational objectives.
• Drives standardization, process integration, and operational improvements across Patient Access functions by implementing Optum 360 best practices and managing change initiatives.
