Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in a healthcare setting
• 5+ years of Acute Care Facility Patient Access leadership experience, managing patient scheduling, pre-service/financial clearance, registration, or related revenue cycle functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Proven organizational and program management skills with ability to manage multiple projects
• Willingness to travel up to 50% based on home location and project needs

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient access and revenue cycle operations across regions to drive performance and accurate billing
• Drive quality improvement and revenue cycle performance through data-driven initiatives
• Lead facility directors and regional operations to meet productivity and compliance goals
• Build client partnerships and foster employee engagement to improve patient satisfaction
• Provide executive reporting and drive standardization across Patient Access functions
