Job summary

Veeva Systems, a Work Anywhere company, seeks a Strategy leader for Ostro in life sciences. You will shape market positioning, drive go-to-market narratives, and partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to remove barriers and accelerate growth across global markets.

You will lead with an SME mindset, translating customer feedback into product direction and collaborating with multiple teams to deliver measurable ROI for Ostro.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Subject-matter expert in customer-facing settings and translating product capabilities into clear positioning.
• Track record of driving commercial outcomes with Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Experience partnering with Product Management and translating market feedback into product direction.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders from managers to the C-suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Deal support in partnership with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Subject-matter expert for Ostro capabilities, roadmap vision, and Veeva Commercial Cloud integrations.
• Define product positioning, messaging, pricing strategy, and go-to-market narrative.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and differentiation analyses.
• Identify new product and segment opportunities from market feedback.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Data & Analytics.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field
