• 15+ years of leadership in enterprise-scale technology organizations.
• 7+ years of global people leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with the investment operations lifecycle.
• Experience with two or more of Eagle, Aladdin, Sylvan, FundConnect, Kurtosys, Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year technology strategies aligned with growth and regulatory needs.
• Lead modernization, cloud adoption, and AI-enabled transformation across platforms.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into scalable technology solutions.
• Oversee governance, risk, and portfolio delivery for transformative initiatives.
