Northern Trust is seeking a Sr. Engagement Lead for Asset Management Platform Innovation in Chicago, IL.

The role drives strategic initiatives from inception to execution, partnering with NTAM leadership and Digital Product, AI/Automation, Data and Technology teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will lead multi-disciplinary programs, manage roadmaps, and facilitate stakeholder workshops while communicating progress to executives and steering committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in leading transformation programs.
• Experience in Asset Management/Wealth/Asset Servicing industries is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of strategic transformation/AI initiatives to drive growth, scale, and resiliency.
• Manage cross-functional programs across multiple disciplines and leaders.
• Define objectives, scope, roadmaps, milestones and governance structures.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify needs and plan actions.
• Report on progress and manage risks with escalation protocols.
