Qualifications

• Senior technology leadership in regulated financial services.
• Hands-on engineering or architecture experience.
• Deep understanding of finance data flows and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Finance Technology strategy and roadmap aligned to modernization and regulatory priorities.
• Lead enterprise-scale transformation initiatives including accounting engine modernization and data standardization.
• Own end-to-end delivery and governance of Planning, ARE, GL, and Regulatory Reporting platforms.
• Ensure regulatory, SOX, and audit controls with traceability and resilience.
• Partnership with Finance and Treasury to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.
