Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Operations leader to provide North America leadership, oversee the P&L, and drive lean operating culture across facilities. You will ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards, while guiding strategic development and talent succession.

Travel to sites as needed to meet customer production requirements and launch new programs. This role requires seven-plus years in management, a related Bachelor's degree, and strong communication and analytical skills to

Requirements

• Ability to influence organizations
• Willingness and ability to travel, as necessary
• Must wear proper personal protection equipment while on manufacturing floor
