Cancer Care Northwest seeks a Pharmacy Director to oversee oncology pharmacy operations, drive clinical excellence, develop compliance policies, and lead pharmacoeconomic initiatives within the executive team.

The ideal candidate holds a PharmD or BS Pharmacy, WA licensure, at least five years in pharmacy with oncology experience, and familiarity with Epic EHR; strong leadership and formulary management are essential.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited school
• Current WA pharmacist licensure or ability to obtain before start date
• Minimum five years' pharmacy practice with at least one year oncology

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day oversight of pharmacy operations
• Staff management: hire, onboard, supervise, evaluate pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
• Develop policies ensuring USP, NIOSH, DEA, OSHA compliance
• Participate in executive leadership and quality committees
• Collaborate with physicians on medication utilization and education
• Develop pharmacist-driven treatment protocols
• Oversee drug inventory, stock levels, shortages, recalls
• Conduct pharmacoeconomic analyses for formulary development
• Maintain licensure and pursue continuing education
• Perform other duties as assigned
