Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Indication Lead for Oncology to own clinical development strategy across one or more indications. You will lead a team of physicians and scientists, drive study design, execution, and analyses, and coordinate with regulatory authorities to shape submission packages.

This role partners with cross-functional teams, guides risk assessments, ensures compliance with GCP, and contributes to governance discussions.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in clinical trials.
• Experience leading teams of physicians and scientists.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and health authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical development strategy across given asset indications.
• Oversee design, execution, analysis, and interpretation of all clinical studies.
• Ensure studies meet regulatory, quality, medical, and access objectives.
• Accountable for CSRs, trial documents, regulatory submissions, briefing books, and publications.
• Champion quality, compliance, and GCP adherence across activities.
