Qualifications

• PhD or MS in statistics/biostatistics with 12+ years in clinical trials or drug development.
• Proficiency in SAS, R or Python with advanced statistical analyses.
• Experience communicating with regulatory agencies and leading diverse teams.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Biostatistics function across therapeutic areas and support development strategies.
• Guide statisticians to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Represent the company in regulatory interactions and drive process improvements.
• Mentor and manage people; allocate resources and manage budgets.
