Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Director of Clinical Pharmacology to provide scientific leadership across drug development programs in Princeton, NJ. You will guide PK/PD strategies and model‑informed drug development, mentoring CP&P leads and aligning plans with compound strategy.

You will influence study design, regulatory submissions, and cross‑functional collaboration while fostering a high‑performing team environment and ensuring rigorous data interpretation and reporting.

Qualifications

• MS, PhD or PharmD in relevant field or PharmD with post‑doctoral training.
• 10+ years’ experience in Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics.
• Deep knowledge of drug development and small molecule/biologic properties.
• Strong written and oral communication; team leadership.
• Ability to mentor CP&P staff; asset lead in development programs.
• Programming experience (NONMEM, R, WinNonlin, SAS) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Mentor CP&P leads and oversee clinical pharmacology strategy across programs.
• Represent CP&P in cross‑functional disease strategy teams and governance forums.
• Contribute to Phase 2/3 design and registrational strategy.
• Oversee Clinical Pharmacology Plans and study design, data analysis and reporting.
• Drive portfolio strategy with senior leadership; collaborate with health authorities.
