BeOne is seeking a Clinical Development Lead to drive strategy and execution for partnership programs in oncology. You will shape clinical development plans and ensure high-quality, timely delivery across global sites and CROs.

The role requires extensive oncology experience, leadership in cross-functional teams, and a strong grasp of regulatory expectations, risk management, and investigator engagement. A competitive comprehensive benefits package accompanies the position.

Qualifications

MD/DO or equivalent in a related discipline.
Minimum 6+ years of clinical development experience including 5+ years in oncology.
10+ years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop clinical program strategy within partnership programs.
Ensure studies meet scope, budget, and timelines.
Collaborate with core-team and execution units for study delivery.
Provide scientific guidance for investigator/vendor selection and trial conduct.
Review and interpret clinical trial data; support regulatory submissions.
Maintain investigator networks and organize advisory boards.
Prepare and review key trial documents (protocols, ICFs, CSRs).
Provide training to team members on therapeutic area and protocol.
