Our client is seeking a Senior Director of Treasury, AP & AR to oversee and lead core accounting and treasury functions at their Malvern, PA location. Hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing all cash-related functions, including accounts payable and receivable, debt, banking, wire payments, cash positioning, reporting, and forecasting
- Overseeing organizational AP and AR functions, including direct supervision of the senior managers, ensuring efficient operations, adherence to internal controls, optimizing cash flow, and minimizing risk
- Driving strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness across accounts payable and receivable and cash management operations, while ensuring asset protection and operational accuracy
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements across all functions
- Administering and maintaining the credit agreements, including the preparation of compliance certificates and regulatory reporting
- Owning cash flow forecasting process, including variance analysis and executive-level reporting
- Continuously evaluating and enhancing treasury and cash management processes for operational efficiency and scalability
- Maintaining banking and brokerage relationships, including the setup and optimization of accounts
- Coordinating treasury and accounting functions during month-end and quarter-end close cycles to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Developing and maintaining financial models, including cash flow, income statement, and balance sheet projections
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA required
- 8-10 years of accounting and treasury experience that includes budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, M&A, and debt management
- 5+ years experience in a leadership position; must have overseen a staff of 10+
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
Total compensation: To $200k + bonus + equity
