The Senior Treasury Anslyst will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Commercial, and Operations to understand the key drivers of cash flow, improve forecasting accuracy, and identify opportunities to optimize working capital.

This is a highly visible role for someone who is analytical, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, acquisitive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the company’s short- and medium-term cash forecasting process, including the 13-week cash forecast.
  • Develop accurate cash projections incorporating customer collections, vendor payments, payroll, taxes, capital expenditures, debt service, acquisitions, and other significant cash requirements.
  • Analyze forecast-to-actual variances and identify the underlying drivers.
  • Partner with AR, AP, Accounting, Finance, Commercial, and Operations to improve the quality and timeliness of forecast inputs.
  • Provide the CFO with regular visibility into liquidity, cash requirements, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support longer-term liquidity planning related to acquisitions, capital investments, and other strategic initiatives.
Banking & Cash Management
  • Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity across the company’s bank accounts.
  • Monitor bank balances, transfers, funding requirements, and cash concentration activities.
  • Administer banking platforms, account structures, authorized users, and treasury controls.
  • Support bank account openings, closings, and integration of acquired businesses.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with the company’s banking partners.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize cash balances and minimize unnecessary borrowing or idle cash.
Debt & Capital Structure
  • Support administration of the company’s credit facilities and other debt arrangements.
  • Maintain debt schedules and monitor interest payments, maturities, and other financing obligations.
  • Assist with borrowing-base reporting, covenant compliance, and lender reporting.
  • Support the CFO with liquidity and financing analysis related to acquisitions and other strategic investments.
Working Capital
  • Partner with AR and Commercial teams to monitor collections, customer payment trends, and DSO.
  • Partner with AP and Procurement to evaluate payment timing, vendor terms, and DPO.
  • Identify opportunities to improve cash conversion and overall working-capital performance.
  • Develop reporting that provides management with visibility into key working-capital trends.
Treasury Systems & Process Improvement
  • Drive improvements and automation within treasury and cash forecasting.
  • Support implementation and optimization of cash forecasting and treasury technology.
  • Reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets and improve data integration, controls, and reporting.
  • Develop treasury dashboards and KPIs for CFO and executive reporting.
  • Establish scalable treasury processes capable of supporting continued organic and acquisitive growth.
M&A & Integration
  • Support treasury due diligence for potential acquisitions.
  • Assist with acquisition funding, closing funds flows, and liquidity planning.
  • Lead treasury integration activities following acquisitions, including banking, cash management, forecasting, and account consolidation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, cash management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience with cash forecasting and liquidity management.
  • Experience with commercial banking platforms and corporate credit facilities.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
