Job summary

New Forest Logistics, LLC seeks a Director of Transportation & Logistics to guide an established operation as it becomes a standalone company. You will oversee safety, compliance, financial performance and day-to-day effectiveness of the transportation business.

Senior leader will manage safety culture, driver performance, fleet maintenance and carrier networks while coordinating with Operations, Sales, Finance and executive management.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in trucking or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA safety and compliance.
• Ability to drive a strong safety culture and accountability.
• Experience managing transportation budgets and performance metrics.

• Lead day-to-day transportation and logistics across locations.
