Job summary

The role requires extensive experience in high-speed design, RF/microwave engineering, and cross-functional leadership across global teams. This is a senior, hands-on leadership position within PSG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Electrical or Computer Engineering; MS/PhD preferred.
• 15+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• 10+ years in system/board level design of high-end platforms.
• 5+ years managing cross-platform engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of high-speed design methods and bus technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a 3–5 year technology roadmap and drive platform strategy.
• Lead system architecture across hardware, firmware, and software.
• Collaborate with Product Management to align roadmaps with market needs.
• Mentor engineering leaders and govern development standards.
• Guide cross-functional teams in engineering, operations, and quality.
