Zusammenfassung

Teledyne LeCroy Protocol Solutions Group seeks a senior engineering leader to own long-term technology vision and architecture strategy across hardware, software, and firmware. You will drive innovation roadmaps, establish standards, and guide cross-functional decisions to deliver scalable platform families.

You will partner with Product Management, Operations, and executive leadership to balance performance, cost, and schedule while advancing cutting-edge high-speed interfaces and measurement

Qualifikationen

BS or MS in EE or CE; MS/PhD preferred.
15+ years of engineering leadership experience.
10+ years in system/board level design of high-speed platforms.
5+ years managing cross-functional engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of PCIe/USB/ethernet signaling and RF concepts.
Excellent executive communication and cross-group influence.

Aufgaben

Define and drive PSG's 3–5 year technology roadmap.
Lead architecture across hardware, firmware, and software.
Collaborate with Product Management to align tech with markets.
Guide investments, standards, and lifecycle transitions.
Mentor leaders and govern architectural processes.
Engage with customers, ops, and exec reviews as needed.
