Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Senior Engineering leader responsible for driving PSG's technology vision, architecture strategy, and an innovation roadmap across hardware, software, firmware, and systems. You will collaborate with Product Management, Operations, and Executive leadership to ensure scalable platforms and rapid innovation.

The role requires 15+ years of engineering leadership and deep experience in high-speed design, PCIe/USB/Ethernet, FPGA, RF, and manufacturing

Qualifications

• BS or MS in EE or CE with extensive leadership experience.
• 10+ years system/board level design experience and leadership of complex platforms.
• 5+ years managing cross‑platform engineering teams.
• Proven expertise in PCIe/USB/Ethernet/RF design and high-speed signaling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PSG's 3-5 year technology roadmap and governance.
• Lead high-speed circuit design reviews and system-level architecture decisions.
• Define architecture across hardware, firmware, and software platforms.
• Translate market requirements into technology roadmaps with Product Management.
• Mentor engineering leaders and drive technical excellence across programs.
• Engage with Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain on product lifecycle.
• Represent PSG in industry forums and standards bodies.
