Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a senior engineering leader responsible for defining and driving the long-term technology vision, architecture strategy, and innovation roadmap across hardware, software, firmware, and system integration.

You will lead architectural principles, develop and own system architecture for major initiatives, and collaborate with Product Management to align roadmaps with market requirements.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in EE or CE; MS/PhD preferred.
• 15+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• 10+ years of system/board level design experience on high-end, high-speed platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PSG's 3-5 year technology roadmap.
• Identify emerging technologies, market trends, and potential disruptions.
• Evaluate build, buy, and partner opportunities.
• Drive innovation initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Guide technology investments and portfolio prioritization including custom silicon development and lifecycle transitions.
• Lead high-speed circuit simulation and design reviews; define architecture across hardware, firmware, and system platforms.
