Qualifications

  • 8+ years of structural engineering experience.
  • Experience managing large complex forensic/restoration projects.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee complex structural forensics and restoration projects.
  • Maintain high standards for project quality, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate resources effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term growth.
  • Drive business development initiatives and contribute to revenue goals.
  • Review and approve project budgets, scopes, and proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management policies and contractual requirements.
  • Manage financial performance of the practice to achieve profitability.
  • Mentor and develop team members and participate in recruiting.
