Job summary

Chamberlain College of Nursing, LLC is seeking a senior leader to oversee Shared Operations across multiple institutions. The role focuses on business process development, compliance/audit support, training, and communications, driving continuous improvement and scalable services to enhance the student experience and organizational growth.

The candidate will collaborate with regulators, internal audit, marketing, and finance to deliver results, manage resources, and maintain service levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• 10+ years of senior-level leadership experience managing diverse operational teams.
• Experience with accreditation visits and audits in higher education or regulated environments.
• Expertise in registrar functions, academic policy, student services, Title IV knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple functions for multiple institutions and internal partners to deliver seamless, student-centric processes.
• Directs future growth by developing scalable services for the organization; analyzes processes and outcomes.
• Develops and implements process improvements; champions change to stay competitive and student-focused.
• Networks and develops new client relationships to meet current and future needs; manages cross-institution collaboration.
• Leads quality, audit/compliance efforts across Shared Operations and partner institutions; oversees training and communications.
